ProBuild Van conversion

The Probuild was designed for the VanBuilders company to sell. The van model was designed in SketchUp. All cabinetry was designed in SketchUp and CNC files were created from the model. The model and all its components are to scale. Part drawings were created from it and were sent to production. Textures and colors are applied to the model so clients can see what their van will look like before it is built.

Custom Van Conversion Design

With van conversions you have to be creative with small space. For this conversion, the customer wanted a wood ceiling and custom countertop. All components in the model were used to build the final van conversion.

Van conversion for a large family

A van model made to accommodate a family with two kids. This had to have a sleeping space for the parents as well as the kids, so a lower bed system was installed underneath the standard bed system. All the bed panels are removable for extra storage depending on the adventure the family had planned. This example shows how I try to design each component for a purpose or multiple uses and with the end user in mind.
